Humbug is a new bar concept in Charlotte, NC. Our philosophy behind the beverage program is to be “Always Delicious, Never Pretentious.” We are bridging the gap between the Modern Craft Cocktail Bar and the laid back neighborhood bars we enjoy frequenting ourselves.

We do not allow anyone in the bar that is not of age and that includes children and babies.

We are named after a defunct humor magazine from the 50's. We felt their energy imbibed how we approach craft cocktails and the industry. #alwaysdeliciousneverpretentious

No, we are walk-ins only. First come first serve and after capacity which we determine on a daily basis to keep things cozy for our staff and guests we have a waitlist where you are welcome to sit on the benches outside until we have available seating. We only take reservations during our House of Krampus event in December

Yes! We will transform the bar every year for our favorite event "House of Krampus" with a new menu and all the decorations.

We do not take parties over 10 people at this time. Parties larger than 10 please email us about an event at
